We have different shipping rates for New Zealand that vary by speed and whether you want Insurance or Tracking.

Regular Shipping by Australia Post/New Zealand Post

Regular Shipping by Australia Post/New Zealand Post dispatched from our warehouse in Sydney to any address in New Zealand. Takes about 6-10 days to receive your item. The regular shipping option has no tracking.

Regular Post Rates to NZ:

Insurance: This method has No Insurance, if the item is lost or damaged in transit it will not be replaced or covered (using no insurance is at your own risk, we always recommend one of the options below).



Insured and Tracked Regular Post by Australia Post/New Zealand Post

Regular Shipping plus Insurance and/or Tracking. Speed of delivery is the same as Regular Shipping.

Regular Post with Tracking Rates:

DHL Express (Fastest and Most Secure)

Use DHL Express for super fast, reliable delivery with great online/phone support from DHL Australia/New Zealand.

Takes only 2-4 days. Includes live tracking from door to door (web, phone and email notices).

DHL Express rates to NZ: 

In the event that you are not home, DHL couriers will attempt to re-deliver your package, however you can call to reschedule your delivery for a specific time as well.

DHL requires a signature on all deliveries so you will be guaranteed your item goes to a person and is not left unattended.

Insurance: We insure this package for you and will replace any packages damaged or lost in transit.

Spend Over NZD 260 for Free Shipping to New Zealand

If you spend more than NZ 260 for an order to New Zealand (and the package weight is under 3kg) you can receive Free Regular Shipping (no tracking or insurance) or DHL EXPRESS for a flat rate of NZ 23.40.

*Heavy Packages or Fragile Items for New Zealand

Starting at 3kg and some selected fragile items packages are classed as 'Heavy Packages' which has a separate rate depending on the weight of the item.

Insurance: We insure this package for you and will replace any packages damaged or lost in transit. Add your items to the cart to see these rates as they vary by product and total weight.

Dispatch

We usually ship within 1-3 days after you place your order for standard delivery and same day or day after for Express Postage. Please note: occasionally dispatch times may be delayed during busy periods or if you use a prolonged payment method i.e. e-cheque, bank transfer.

Signature on Delivery

You will need to sign for the delivery. If you're not home when the delivery is made a slip will be left by courier, you can sign and authorise that the courier leave the package at your door if you're not home on the next delivery attempt.

You will need to check the tracking status using the Tracking ID and link we send you when we ship the order. Note: if you miss a delivery you will need to organise directly with the courier or Australia Post.
